Hot on the heels of hurricane Ophelia, the less sexily named storm Brian was sent to really test our resolve for #TD07! For some, especially those travelling from the south coast it was touch and go whether they should risk making the trip to Mondello Park at all and quite a few, understandably did cancel at the last minute. #TD08 was our last track day of 2017 and was exactly 1 year on to the very day from our first track day! Amidst a month of pretty lousy weather we were extremely fortunate on Friday 17th to get a dry, bright day. It was absolutely baltic though - on the flip-side, great conditions for making power! #TD06 was little quieter than previous track days. September/August seems to be a difficult time of year for a lot of events, what with people being on holidays and the kids going back to school - that said we still had a full paddock with over 50 cars, which is a great turn-out for a damp Monday morning, so huge thanks to all of our customers! Wow! What a day, and I'm not just talking about the weather, although it was officially the hottest day of the year. Our fifth Mondello track day of 2017 was a complete sell-out. We even had stop adding people to the reserve list.
