Trackdays.ie terms and conditions at Trackdays.ie events

  • Places are limited on each track day.
  • Your place will only be held once payment has been received
  • Driver places are strictly non transferable. We reserve the right to cancel a place if the assigned drivers aren’t presented at sign on.
  • If you are unable to attend an event which you have booked, please contact us at  trackdays.ie@gmail.com  at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you cancel 48 hours prior to the event we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future date. Only 1 transfer to a future date is permitted. Once that date is missed, we are unable to continually transfer dates.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event cannot be transferred or refunded.
  • If you cannot / do not complete the trackday due to mechanical failure or any other reason, your booking cannot be refunded or transferred to a future date. 
  • Participants on the day may not use Trackdays.ie days for advertising purposes, or commercial promotion. We have partners we work closely with, and if you wish to be one of these, please contact us at trackdays.ie@gmail.com.
  • Trackdays.ie reserves the right to refuse entry to any potential participants, and may refuse any car / driver/s at their discretion. 
  • Trackdays.ie reserve the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions. We will do our best to warn people and contact them if this is the case, so do keep an eye on our social media pages, and on your emails from us in the weeks and days running up to the event.
  • All drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age, hold a full drivers licence, and must be able to drive a car to an acceptable standard in a track day environment. The licence MUST be produced at driver sign on.
  • Your road insurance is not valid on a trackday.
  • Neither Trackdays.ie or Mondello Park are responsible for any damage incurred to you or your vehicle whilst on track. 
  • Do not bring a rental car to a trackday.
  • There is no personal injury insurance for participants. Participants will be required to sign an indemnity and risk awareness document before being admitted to the trackday, and will be assumed to have made themselves fully aware of the contents of the indemnity and risk awareness prior to signing it.
  • Additional drivers must also conform to the above requirements
  • Passengers must sign on before going out on track, and must be over 18. Only 1 passenger per car at any 1 time. No back seat passengers.
  • Drivers briefing is mandatory for all drivers. You must attend the briefing and sign on before going on track. Any driver found on track without signing on will be immediately removed from the venue and banned from all future events at Mondello Park.
  • All drivers are responsible for the behaviour of their extra drivers, passengers, crew, and spectators. Any issues reported either on or off track may result in you being asked to leave the event. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to future Trackdays.ie events. If you are asked to leave, no refunds will be issued.
  • Anyone found swapping wristbands will not be allowed to take part for the remainder of the day and will be asked to leave the circuit. No refunds will be issued.
  • No alcohol or drugs are permitted onsite during Trackdays.ie events. Any attendee in breach of this will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

    Driving Standards – Flag Policy

    Any driver/car receiving two driving standards flags during a single track day will be removed from the remainder of the event. Wristbands and the car sticker will be removed and no refunds will be issued. Driving standards flags are red and black flags — any of the following will result in removal:
    • 2 red flags
    • 2 black flags
    • 1 red + 1 black flag

  • Red Flags

    Any driver who causes a red flag will be sin-binned for 1 hour from the time of the infringement. The car and any extra drivers will also be sin-binned for the same period. The driver’s wristbands will be removed, and new wristbands will be issued from the sign-on suite once the sin-bin period has ended.

  • Black Flags

    Black flags may be issued for a range of reasons, including (but not limited to):
    • Poor driving standards / dangerous driving
    • Overtaking on the wrong side, in braking zones, or through corners
    • Not allowing faster cars to pass
    • Exceeding noise limits
    • Mechanical issues (e.g. loose bodywork, excessive smoke, suspected fluid leaks)
    • Racing
    • Drifting

 


PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of Payment –

  • Credit Card/Visa Debit by using Paypal Express Checkout (no paypal account required)
  • Credit/Debit Card via Website or ShopPay
  • Paypal – Standard Paypal Account
  • Personal cheques – must arrive to us 2 weeks before date of trackday
  • Postal orders – must arrive to us 1 week before date of trackday
  • Bank drafts – must arrive to us 1 week before date of trackday
  • Cash on the day if spaces are available

  • Please note that all prices are in Euro, all transactions must be made in this currency.
  • Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to RS Trackdays Ltd. Cheques and bankers’ drafts/money orders must be made out in Euro, and Paypal payments must be executed in Euro.
  • Vat applied at 13.5%, included in price on the website

Trackdays.ie is committed to ensuring that your private data which is collected by us is as secure as possible.  Your data will never be passed on to any third-party agency, whether freely provided or paid for, in such a manner as to identify you. This complies with current legislation in the Data Protection Act under Irish Law.
Any data we collect about you and your visit to the Trackdays.ie site helps us to provide you with a better service, and allows us to monitor our site and continue to improve it. Ordinarily, it is not possible to track IP addresses and other information connected to an individual or organization unless unlawful or criminal activity occurs on our website. In such an instance, we must pass on details to third legal parties, Gardai in Ireland or Police further afield.
