THE ROUTE

Dublin | Holyhead | Evo Triangle | Broadway | South Lodge | Goodwood

THE ROUTE

DAY ONE
DUBLIN - BROADWAY

We set sail on the Stena Adventurer from Dublin to Holyhead, From there, it’s a short cruise through Anglesey, to the Snowdonia National Park where we will experience the finest scenery and roads North Wales has to offer.

The EVO Triangle:

We’ll drive the EVO Triangle, made famous by EVO Magazine as the route all the latest supercars are put through their paces. It’s a challenging ribbon of tarmac winding its way through the hills that will be sure to test both car and driver.

Lunch Stop:

A quick pub lunch, in the picturesque Welsh Valleys before we hit the road again, heading for Broadway.

Broadway:

Our destination for day one. Broadway is a stunningly beautiful Cotswold village, where we find our hotel, the Lygon Arms. Stepping through the door of the Lygon Arms is like stepping inside a history book, full of cosy snugs, exquisite libraries and inviting bars. Celebrity chef and fellow petrol-head, James Martin curates the evening menu.

The Lygon Arms

DAY TWO
BROADWAY - SOUTH LODGE

There is a leisurely start to day two. Following a hearty breakfast, a dip in the pool or a treatment in the spa, we have a few hours to explore the delightful village of Broadway. The Mancave Shop, art and antique galleries, Broadway Deli and the old fashioned sweet shops are firm favourites.

We regroup for a light lunch in Broadway then head south to our destination for the next two nights, the fabulous South Lodge hotel & spa. Dinner that evening will be in the multi-award winning Camellia restaurant.

DAY THREE
THE MAIN EVENT: GOODWOOD REVIVAL

Recreating the glamour of motor racing as it used to be, the Motor Circuit comes alive for the Goodwood Revival, both on and off the famous track. The only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in 40s, 50s and 60s dress, the Revival sees a return to the halcyon days of Goodwood, as the spiritual home of British motor racing. It’s a celebration of nostalgia, vintage fashion, classic cars and wheel-to-wheel racing around this much-loved circuit, which remains unchanged since its heyday.

Packed grids of halo cars such as Ferrari 250 GTO’s, Daytona Cobras and Lightweight e-types, some of which are worth in excess of $50m are raced wheel to wheel by the best driver’s from across the globe. Don’t expect a procession, these things are driven HARD, and that’s what makes the Revival so special. Nowhere else in the world will you see such a spectacle!

VIP HOSPITALITY: GOODWOOD MESS

A vibrant hybrid of a military club and a post-war street party, the Goodwood Mess is our base for the day and the most jubilant place to spend time at the Goodwood Revival. Get into the party spirit by donning your finest vintage attire for an immersive day of delicious food, drinks and exciting views of the on-track action.

Inside you’ll enjoy the post-war celebrations, while outside in your private garden and on the viewing bank, you’ll experience goosebumps that only the sound and sight of pre-1966 cars racing down the Madgwick straight can create. The Assembly area and the Paddocks are a mere moments’ walk away, whilst the festivities of the Highstreet and Over the Road can be accessed via the VIP tunnel.
